*2024 Theme: The Science of Aging

The 2024 Taylor Prize explores the impacts of medical research and innovation on human health and the concept of growing old. Work in this area examines the intricacies of aging, from biological and physiological mysteries to social adaptation, the psychology and pursuit of youthfulness and what it means to age in today's world. 

We invite nominations for recognized research leaders in aging-related medical science and research. Please use the form below to complete the nomination process.

With a cash award of $50,000, the Taylor Prize acknowledges distinguished scientists for their transformative, career-defining work in basic sciences and translational research & innovations in medicine.

The Taylor Prize is one of Canada’s medical research prizes. The international prize is given annually by the Robarts Research Institute at Western University for achievements in basic or clinical research in a particular field.
