UBC Faculty Members Awarded King Charles III Coronation Medals

January 23, 2025

UBC faculty members are among the recipients of the King Charles III Coronation Medal, marking King Charles III's coronation in 2023 and awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional service to Canada. The medal highlights themes that both King Charles III and Canadians hold dear, including service, the environment and sustainability, and our nation’s diversity.

Awardees are announced through multiple nominating partner organizations. We will update this list should we become aware of more current, former or UBC-affiliated faculty members receiving this honour. Please email research.prizes@ubc.ca to let us know of any omissions.
